Whitewater Plaza is a 30,000 sq. ft. multi-tenant shopping center located in a college town. I purchased the property from a struggling investor and interjected the human and financial capital needed to turn the asset around.
MY FIRST OFFICE BUILDING
High Ridge Office Center is a 35,000 s.f. office building that was purchased 1/2 empty. I moved my company into the property and benefited from other tenants paying the monthly operating expenses and mortgage while I operated my business with $0 effective rent.
AN EARLY DEAL
Lincoln Avenue Business Center is a perfect case study on why real estate entrepreneurs should always be raising capital. Because I had capital commitment lined up I was able to close quick on this transaction and achieve a very attractive "going in" price.
MY MOST PROFITABLE DEAL
Brown Deer Office Center is a good case study that shows the advantages of having great presence and relationships in the market. A broker brought this deal to me along with a lead tenant which together made this the most profitable deal I have ever done.
