Current Investment:
Whitewater Plaza

Whitewater Plaza is a mult-tenant retail center across from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater. The property was purchased with an approximate 60% occupancy. Metropolitan Group raised equity from investors and acquired value add property from an owner who was not taking care of the property and the tenants. Approximately 1 year later the property was stabilized and then refinanced where all the equity (and then some) was returning to investors. Today the property has the highest occupancy rate it has ever had and generates $306,000 of net operating income.
